Our Customer Care Fee
At Greendale Car Sales, we don’t believe in hidden admin charges. Instead, we have a Customer Care Fee — a clear and transparent £149 charge that’s added to every vehicle sale. This covers all the behind-the-scenes work to make sure your car is properly prepared, registered, and fully supported from day one.

Every car receives a comprehensive multi-point inspection, and we take care of any issues before you collect it. That means no hidden MOT advisories, no “you’ll need to sort that soon,” and no cutting corners.

New Plates, Sorted Transfers
We believe new car, new plates! Every vehicle comes fitted with brand-new number plates. If you’re transferring a private registration, we’ll handle the online process for you and supply new private plates free of charge.
Two Keys & Mats
It’s our pet hate when cars come with just one key or no mats. That’s why every vehicle leaves with two fully working keys and a set of tailored mats included.
Courtesy Cars When You Need Them
If your car ever needs to visit us for warranty work, you won’t be stuck without wheels. We’ve invested in our own fleet of courtesy cars (normally £30 per day), but with your Customer Care Fee, you can use one free of charge. Insurance, tax, and even some fuel is all covered.
Hassle-Free Warranty Support
Our in-house warranty team handles claims quickly and efficiently, without outside assessors or endless phone calls. We take care of the paperwork so you don’t have to — and unlike many providers, we cover your warranty excess too. That means no surprise bills, wherever you are in the UK.
Fair Pricing, Backed by Data
We carefully research the market when pricing our cars, looking at age, mileage, specification, history, and how quickly similar vehicles sell. Our cars typically sell in under 30 days, giving you confidence you’re paying fair market value.
Provenance Checked & Guaranteed
Your new car comes with a full Motorcheck report, and we also run checks on your part exchange. These go beyond standard HPI checks — covering insurance write-offs, outstanding finance, salvage auctions, taxi history and more. We never sell cars with adverse history, full stop. Copies are available on request.
Fuel for the First Drive
Every car leaves with enough fuel for around 100 miles, so you can enjoy your new car without rushing to the petrol station.
Finance Made Simple
We work with a panel of trusted lenders to secure competitive rates, and our free soft-search tool gives you an idea of eligibility without affecting your credit score. From ID checks to paperwork, everything is handled in-house — and if you have existing finance, we’ll settle it for you.
Prefer to use your own broker? Unlike many dealers, we don’t charge extra for that — all the additional admin is included in the Customer Care Fee.
Registration Sorted
We handle all the DVLA paperwork to register the car in your name. We also set up your road tax on collection day, so you can drive away legally and stress-free.
Our Customer Care Fee is applied to every sale and is designed to add genuine value to your purchase. However, if you’d prefer not to take advantage of it, you can opt out — simply speak to our sales team before reserving your car.
