"Greendale Car Sales has blown me away"

I previously worked in the motor for over 10 years and I can honestly say that my experience with Greendale Car Sales has blown me away. From the moment I enquired, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. From the moment Shaun sent the video of the car in it's raw state and highlighted areas they were going to correct to the communication throughout. I had no hesitation placing a deposit from what I'd seen and heard in the video and the rest of the process was effortless. I drove up and met Nick who again was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The car was meticulously clean and drove very well. Paperwork was straight forward and I was away with my new car very quickly driving home with a huge smile on my face. These guys know how to look after people and I am definitely recommending them to friends and family. The little touches such has cola cubes and a thoughtful pack in the boot show that this dealership really have customer service at the forefront of their business model. My daughter loved the lego too and said to say thank you! Well done guys, you are certainly heads and shoulders above any other dealership I've ever bought from or even worked for.
